SWEEPSTAKES RULES

The PIC x Mace Giveaway sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by PIC Wire & Cable (“PIC” or “Sponsor”), a division of The Angelus Corporation. no purchase is required to enter any Sweepstakes or to win a prize.  Making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning a prize.

Eligibility:  To enter this Sweepstakes, you much be: (a) at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry; and (b) a legal resident of the United States.  Employees of the Sponsor or Angelus, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of PIC as final and binding. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from PIC. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Entry Period: All entries must be received between March 9^th, 2026, and April 4^th, 2026, no later 11:59 PM EST on April 4^th, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Late entries will not be accepted or considered. 

How to Enter: To enter, visit https://picwire.com/MACEgiveaway and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) Entry per person. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to these rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PIC. All information must be accurate. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent these rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of PIC.

Prizes: Three (3) Prize Pack Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 8th from all entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email. If the prize has a retail value of $600 or more, the potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release and IRS Form W-9 within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure of the potential winner to timely return the required documents within the specified time period may cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner as solely determined by Sponsor.

Prize Description: Each prize pack consists of a signed copy of The Flipside, authored by Michelle ‘Mace’ Curran, a pair of PIC branded socks, a Machforce-branded power bank (Viceroy 10000mAh), and an embroidered Flipside patch from Mace. Approximate retail value: $75.00.

No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Sponsor will pay shipping to each winner’s verified address. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The potential winner of the will be notified via email sent to the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes within five (5) days following the winner selection.  PIC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the date when the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Publicity Release/Rights Granted by You: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements, and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.

Terms: PIC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, PIC may select an alternative winner from entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by PIC. PIC reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these rules. PIC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: (a) multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; (b) multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or (c) the use of bots, AI agents, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, PIC reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless PIC and Angelus and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (a) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (e) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

GOVERNING LAW: SWEEPSTAKES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

ARBITRATION; waiver of class action: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at a AAA regional office in Green Bay, Wisconsin; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, other than for entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: PIC Wire & Cable, Attn: Marketing (Mace Winner’s List), W220 N1501 Springdale Road, Waukesha, WI  53186. Requests must be received no later than six months after the end of the Entry Period for the particular Sweepstakes.
