INNOVATIVE HIGH SPEED MODULE DESIGN
The High Speed Module enhances signal integrity while maximizing data density with its linear configuration. This design ensures easy access to every terminated pin, delivering optimal performance and reliability.
High Speed Module
The High Speed Module (HSM) ensures that every twisted pair maintains its twist right up to the contact, achieving unmatched impedance control.

HSM Construction
Vertical fins in the HSM create a shield between the twisted pairs, isolating each data pair from the next by reducing cross talk in your system.
Grooves in the HSM snap each contact into place to secure your connectivity in high-vibration environments. These grooves also isolate each wire in the data pair to maximize cross-talk protection.
Maintaining Grounding Connection
Under the clamping mechanism of the HSM, the cable’s shielding is secured and grounded to the HSM. When the HSM is inserted into the MACHFORCE connector body, the grounding connection is maintained throughout the entire solution. This contributes to better isolation of the twisted pair’s signals.
SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE for Mission-Critical Performance
MACHFORCE connectors are designed for easy field repair. The linear design of the HSM provides direct access to each pin, enabling swift diagnostics and repairs on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted, mission-critical operation.
Discover how MACHFORCE connectors keep your systems running smoothly with innovative, field-repairable design. In this mini-series, we demonstrate how MACHFORCE connectors make on-site repairs fast and simple—even in mission-critical situations. Learn about quick pin repairs, re-terminating ports in the High-Speed Module, and how standard tools and 22D pins ensure minimal downtime.
When downtime isn’t an option, MACHFORCE connectors provide an efficient solution for single-pin repairs in the field. In this video, we'll see how to address an intermittent signal issue by replacing a damaged pin using standard tools and D22 pins.
